Ms. Chaley
My name is Ms.Chaley I am the owner and director at The Learning Ladder Academy established 2018. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio my passion has always been in childcare. I started my journey in childcare in the church nursery then worked in a multicultural childcare facility and now I am happy to serve the children in the neighborhood where I grew up. I enjoy providing children with a hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematical curriculum. My favorite color is pink, I enjoy all things adventurous. My favorite past time is learning more about the education field.
Mrs. Johnson
My name is Mrs. Sheena P. Johnson. My favorite color is purple. I'm a wife, mother of 5, and grandmother of 9. I have several years of experience teaching and molding children. I love working with children every day. I love teaching language and literacy. It is most rewarding to see children grow through reading.

Hello, my name is Ms. Christa. I am the Lead Preschool teacher here at The Learning Ladder Academy. I enjoy taking trips and being crafty. My favorite color is blue, and I enjoy painting with my class.

Hello, my name is Ms. Diamond. I am currently a student at Sinclair Community College, and I am studying business Management. I really enjoy working with kids and being a part of The Learning Ladder Academy family. I love coloring and being creative with the kids.
Ms. V
Hello! My name is Videline Peters. I’m very excited to be part of the LLA team! I have worked with children for quite some time now and I truly have a passion for childcare. I love working with your kids and making an impact. My favorite things to do outside of work is to hang out with friends and family. Also travel from time to time. I’m excited to get to know your child and the families a little bit more. My goal is to make sure that each child has the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe environment.

Hello! My name is Ms. Nakia. I'm from Dayton, Ohio. I have experience in Early Childhood Development. I really enjoy my involvement and interactions with each student. It has been a learning experience communicating effectively with smaller children. It's rewarding knowing that I leave a positive impact daily.

Ms. Danielle
My name is Miss Danielle I was born and raised in Columbus Ohio. I moved to Dayton Ohio over 2 years ago. I am currently going to school for Early Childhood Development at the University of Phoenix online. I am a single mom with two little girls, and I decided to find a job in childcare. I was so excited to interview at The Learning Ladder Academy. I'm happy to be a part of their team they welcomed me with open arms. Everyone is very professional and welcoming. I've been at The Learning Ladder Academy for 3 months now I love it here. I would not go anywhere else I have built a lot of relationships with the staff. I love seeing the children's faces when I come in the door it warms my heart!!

Hello, my name is Ms. Devin. I am one of the toddler teachers at The Learning Ladder Academy! I love working with my toddlers they are so perfect. I love seeing them grow smarter and stronger each day. I am currently working on getting my degree in education I plan to take my career much further! Outside of work I like to travel, try new restaurants and shop! I’m very excited to get to know more about you and your kid(s)!
