Ms. Chaley
My name is Ms.Chaley I am the owner and director at The Learning Ladder Academy established 2018. Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio my passion has always been in childcare. I started my journey in childcare in the church nursery then worked in a multicultural childcare facility and now I am happy to serve the children in the neighborhood where I grew up. I enjoy providing children with a hands-on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematical curriculum. My favorite color is pink, I enjoy all things adventurous. My favorite past time is learning more about the education field.
Mrs. Johnson
My name is Mrs. Sheena P. Johnson. My favorite color is purple. I'm a wife, mother of 5, and grandmother of 9. I have several years of experience teaching and molding children. I love working with children every day. I love teaching language and literacy. It is most rewarding to see children grow through reading.
Ms. Renissa
My name is Renissa Darling, I'm a mother of 2, I was born in Kingston Jamaica However, I moved to Chicago when I was 10 so that's where I call home. I am an alumnus at Central State where I completed my Bachelor of Social Work. Since college, I have practiced a self-help, self-love and owning and creating safe spaces. I have been in this field since after college. I started out as a parent, then a teacher along with various case management roles. I love this field because I get to do what I love everyday which is to teach these beautiful souls and give them a voice in this world. I can't wait to get to know everyone and thank you for welcoming me into this family of amazement and wonders.

Hello, my name is Ms. Christa. I am the Lead Preschool teacher here at The Learning Ladder Academy. I enjoy taking trips and being crafty. My favorite color is blue, and I enjoy painting with my class.
Ms. Jamicia
Hello, I am Ms. Jamicia. I enjoy working with kids. It’s great practice as I am in school to become a Pediatric Surgeon. I enjoy doing hair and also drawing.
Ms. Shaniqua
Hello, my name is Ms. Shaniqua. I am a mother of 3. Believer in Christ. Working with children has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy singing and dancing with the children in the classroom. Being a part of a village working alongside families helping install good morals and values into our youth is my "Why". The greatest reward of working in childcare is the bonds we create with the children and learning from them as well.

Hello, my name is Ms. Diamond. I am currently a student at Sinclair Community College, and I am studying business Management. I really enjoy working with kids and being a part of The Learning Ladder Academy family. I love coloring and being creative with the kids.

Hello! My name is Videline Peters. I’m very excited to be part of the LLA team! I have worked with children for quite some time now and I truly have a passion for childcare. I love working with your kids and making an impact. My favorite things to do outside of work is to hang out with friends and family. Also travel from time to time. I’m excited to get to know your child and the families a little bit more. My goal is to make sure that each child has the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe environment.
